DIRECTIONS FOR USE: ADD 250ML WATER TO THE CONTENTS OF THIS PACKET OF Divya Vada Mix 200gms. ADD GREEN CHILLIES, GINGER, ONIONS, CABBAGE, CURRY LEAVES etc., TO SUIT YOUR TASTE. WITH GENTLE MIXING MAKE A UNIFORM DOUGH WITHOUT LUMPS. DO NOT OVER MIX. THE THIN BATTER BECOMES A SUITABLE DOUGH AFTER 10 TO 15 MINUTES. SHAPE DOUGH INTO FLAT PIECES AND DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TO GIVE GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR. TAKE VADA WITH CHUTNEY OR SAMBAR.

IF CURD (DAHI) VADA IS TO BE MADE, ADD HOT VADA FROM THE FRYING PAN INTO SEASONED CURD. SERVE AFTER IT BECOMES SOFT.
