INGREDIENTS: CORIANDER, RED CHILLIES, BENGAL GRAM, FENUGREEK, CUMIN, TURMERIC, ASAFOETIDA. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: COOK 1 CUP(125 gm.) of Thoor dhal in a litre of water. Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder and one spoon of oil while cooking the dhal. Put one spoon of cooking oil in a pan, season with half-a spoon of mustard and methi seeds each, add cooked vegetables, dhal, salt and tamarind juice(instead lime juice or tomato can also be used) and 4 to 5 teaspoonful of Divya Sambar Spice Mix. Cook the mixture for ten minutes. Remove from stove and add fresh, chopped coriander leaves. |
