INGREDIENTS:

TOOR DHAL, SALT, CORIANDER, SUGAR, TAMARIND, CHILLIES, ONION, CITRIC ACID, FENUGREEK, BLACK PEPPER, ASAFOETIDA, TURMERIC, CINNAMON, CUMIN.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

FOR 100 gms of Divya Sambar Quick Mix add 500 gms of Water (Add one measure of mix to
5 measures of water) and boil for 10 minutes. Season with fried mustard and curry leaves.
Sambar is ready. Use sambar with rice, idli, vada, chappathi, roti or upmao.
