Coriander, Chillies, Aamchoor, Fennel, Brinji Leaves, Turmeric, Cardamom, Bengal Gram Dhal,Black Pepper, Curry Leaves, Cinnamon, Cloves,Cumin, Annasipoo, Nutmeg and Garlic. Required: Potato, Tomato, Green Peas, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Salt. Preparation: Cook and mash about ½ Kg. of mixed vegetables (mentioned above) except Tomatoes and keep it aside.Heat Oil in a pan and fry onion till transparent. Add Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste(Optional). Add the Tomato pieces and cook. Add the Mashed Vegetables. Now add about 10 gms of DIVYA Pav Bhaji Mix (about 2 Teaspoons) and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes till oil separates.Season with slices of Lemon and Onion and Coriander Leaves.Serve hot with Pav Bun, Chapathis, Puris or Bread.
