( SPICED RICE-DHAL BHATH)

INGREDIENTS: RICE FLAKES(AVAL), CORIANDER ,RED CHILLIES, BENGAL GRAM , TAMARIND, THOOR DHAL, FENUGREEK ,CUMIN, TURMERIC, CINNAMON, CLOVES, SALT, SUGAR, ASAFOETIDA, CARDAMOM.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Fry 5 grams(1Teaspoon) of Mustard in 25 grams. (5 teaspoons) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the contents of this packet of Divya Bisi Bela Mix 200gms. to the vessel along with 700 ml. (3 volumes /1 volume of mix) water. Raise to boil and continue heating with stirring for 3-5 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked soft. Keep for 5 minutes and serve hot.
